It's only begun...

July 11 was the 4th and last day of our Certified Voice Artist Program workshop. We learned the equipment needed for setting up a home studio so that we can work on recording voice-overs. Aside from this, we also had live dubbing as an activity. We used a clip from an old anime (Voltez V) and for each group, we created a script and dubbed the clip. I believe the group did great in the dubbing, although personally, I need more practice on dubbing.

Most importantly, sir Pochollo De Leon Gonzales gave us motivation in the voice acting industry throughout our workshop, and we even had to extend our workshop (not complaining at all, it was difficult to let go!). Although it was the last day of the workshop, it didn't feel that way for me; might be because of the thought that this is only the beginning of future endeavors in voice acting. I'm very grateful to sir Choy for the knowledge he imparted to us, and I'm looking forward to working in this industry.

This is not goodbye, but just a beginning of another chapter.
